Thanksgiving Turkeys 2008
Each year at Thanksgiving, Rednour
Properties gives each and every tenant a turkey. It takes
almost everyone to deliver these birds! As you can see, we
even enlisted some of the children. They seemed to really
enjoy the turkey brigade. This year we handed out almost
3000 turkeys. Not only did we share them with our tenants
and their families, but we surprised people at gas stations,
Wal-Mart and Grocery stores. It was fun being able to share
with so many families.

2008 Lexington Apartment
Association
Crowne Excellence Awards
The
Lexington Apartment Association is an organization of all
major property management and ownership companies in Central
Kentucky. Each year the Association presents a number of
awards for different aspects of rental housing management.
The Crowne Excellence Awards were had at the Marriott
Griffin Gate in Lexington. For the second year, Rednour
Properties was proud to be the exclusive Diamond Sponsor of
the Awards. It was a great night of honoring our business
associates for their achievements. Below are some of the
pictures from the evening.

Halloween 2008
Each
year at Halloween, Rednour Properties plays host to ghouls
and goblins alike. This year we had several HUGE events! We
held Halloween parties at Hillcrest Manor in Winchester,
Liberty Heights and Winburn Square in Lexington. We also
treated over 1300 Powell County goblins at the annual
Halloween event that is held at the Powell Co High School
Track. We look forward to next year and hope you can join
us!

Lexington Community Safety Fair
Rednour Properties was proud to host in association with the
Lexington Police Department and the Fayette County Health
Department the first in a series of Community Safety Fairs in
Lexington. We were proud to host this event at Liberty Heights
Apartments on June 20th and we were glad to see everyone who was
able to come out and take advantage of this great event. We had
face painting, hot dogs and snacks, information of food safety
from the Health Department, Lexington Police where making child
ID’s and giving out lots of prizes and information. Keep an eye
out in the near future as we are going to conduct several more
of these great events at some of our other Properties!!!!

2008 Lexington Apartment
Association
Maintenance Mania Event
Rednour Properties was proud to
participate in the 2008 Maintenance Mania Event put on by the
Lexington Apartment Association. This event allows maintenance
technicians from all the major multi-family property companies
in Central Kentucky to compete against one another in events
like Faucet Installation, Smoke Detector Installation, Disposal
Installation, Door Lock Change, and Pinewood Derby Car Race.
Mike Center, David Crawford, and Steve Howell competed on behalf
of Rednour Properties and did a wonderful job, bringing home
first place trophies in Blind Tool Identification and Pinewood
Derby as well as several second and third place trophies in
other events! Thanks to these guys for representing Rednour
Properties so well!!! Check out the pictures below from the

2008 Rednour Properties
Employee Appreciation Night
Rednour Properties employs some of the
brightest and most talented people out there. All our employees
work very hard and do a great job for us. For this reason we
held an Employee Appreciation Night at the Sterling Lanes in Mt.
Sterling, Kentucky. We enjoyed a great night of food, bowling
and fun with co-workers and their families. Our employees at
Rednour Properties help us in being great and for that we are

Kentucky Children’s
Hospital Easter Bunny Visit
Rednour Properties constantly tries to
find ways to give back to our communities. We were honored to be
able to bring the “Easter Bunny” to visit the children at the
Kentucky Children’s Hospital at the University of Kentucky
Chandler Medical Center. It was nothing short of an amazing
experience for us as we were able to meet several inspiring
children and brighten their day with a visit from the Easter
Bunny and a few gifts. We thank the University of Kentucky
Hospital and the nurses and staff of the Kentucky Children’s
Hospital for allowing us this opportunity and helping us along
the way! Though pictures of the children were limited below are
a few shots of our friends from the Hospital and a few shots of
the Easter Bunny too!!!

2008 Community Easter
Egg Hunt
It was another great holiday
celebration with all our Rednour Properties Residents at our
2008 Community Easter Egg Hunt. This year we had hunts at the
Stanton City Park in Powell County, Hillcrest Manor Apartments
in Winchester, and Liberty Heights Apartments in Lexington. We
were glad to see all the children and their families come out
and celebrate Easter with us this year. We hid over 1500 candy
stuffed Easter Eggs, several prize eggs, and gave out Easter
Baskets to some lucky kids at each hunt. We thank everyone who
came out and helped us make this another successful holiday
event! We look forward to seeing each of you again next year!!!

LAA Monte Carlo Night
Fund Raiser
Rednour Properties
sponsored the 2008 Monte Carlo Night Fund Raiser for the
Lexington Apartment Association which was held this year at the
Crowne Plaza Hotel in Lexington, Kentucky. It was a fun night of
games and networking with some of the other property owners in
Central Kentucky. We were able to raise a good amount of money
for some very beneficial charities. Below are some pictures from

The
Holidays with Rednour Properties
At Rednour Properties our favorite time of
the year is Christmas. We look forward to taking this
opportunity to give back to each of the communities in which we
have property. This year Rednour Properties sponsored families
in Clark, Montgomery, Powell, Madison, Fayette and several other
counties. We also made donations to Kathy’s Country Kitchen Toy
Drive in Clay City Kentucky, to Z Rock 103’s Homeless for the
Holidays Food, Toy and Clothing drive, as well as many other
worthy causes. We hope everyone had a great holiday season with
their families and we look forward to next year already!
