Security Officer

Rednour Properties is now hiring for a full time Security Officer for the Powell, Montgomery, Clark, and Fayette County area. Security officers are responsible for patrolling all properties at night and during the day, maintaining order, and responding to security complaints and emergencies. The qualified candidate should have security experience (preferably more than two years), should be able to work night shifts and weekend shifts, will be personable and able to deal with the public, should be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check, and must have a concealed weapons permit. Benefits, pay and compensation packages are competitive and based on experience. Bi-Lingual candidates are a plus.

Mowing Crew Leader

Rednour Properties is now hiring for a full time Mowing Crew Leader for the Powell, Clark, and Fayette County area. Our in house mowing and grounds crews are responsible for the upkeep and improvements of grounds on all our properties. Duties will include mowing, edging, landscaping and general grounds keeping. The qualified candidate for mowing crew leader should be knowledgeable in grounds keeping, show strong leadership skills, have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Turnover Crew Leader

We are now hiring for a full time Turnover Crew Leader for the Fayette County area. Turnover crews are responsible for the cleaning, painting, and turnover of newly un-occupied apartments and making them ready to rent again. A Turnover Crew Leader will head a team of three or four people in accomplishing these tasks. Candidate should posses strong leadership skills, be knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance including carpentry, painting, cleaning, and some plumbing and electrical experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check and must have a clean driving record. Maintenance Supervisor

We are now hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor for the Fayette and Clark County Area. A Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team whose responsibility is to maintain all rental units, grounds, and property in a specific region. Candidates should poses strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general maintenance, dealing with tenants and the public, and should have strong leadership skills. Maintenance Supervisors should be able to work at night and some weekends, and will be on call 24-hours a day during some periods. All candidates should be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check and must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Turnover Crew Member

Rednour Properties is now hiring full time Turnover Crew Members. Turnover crews are responsible for making ready vacant apartments to rent again. Candidates should be experienced in minor apartment maintenance such as painting, caulking, minor drywall patch work, and minor carpentry. Industrial cleaning experience is a plus. Rednour Properties is looking for an experienced and motivated person to fill an immediate need for a Leasing Consultant in Clark and Fayette Counties. The candidate should have experience in property management or the rental housing industry, a strong work ethic, good speaking and tenant relations skills and strong computer skills. The qualified maintenance technician will work under a regional Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for assisting that person in the daily maintenance and upkeep of assigned properties. Candidates should have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general property maintenance. We are now hiring experienced Renovation Technicians. The qualified Renovation Technician will work directly under the Project Supervisor and will assist them in the complete property and apartment renovation process. Renovations include all aspects of general construction including drywall work, electrical, plumbing, flooring and tile work, general carpentry, painting, and all aspects of a complete renovation. Candidates should be knowledgeable and experienced in all these areas and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, a background check, and must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
